David Morgan is currently working full-time in the following main areas:
Care proceedings involving assessments of adults regarding parental capacity, risk, capacity to protect and also assessment of children;
Cases of disputes over contact between children and non-resident parent;
Criminal cases regarding juveniles and adults particularly with issues
related to vulnerability, the giving of evidence by defendants, alleged
false confessions, learning disability; effective participation in trials and fitness to plead.
